Zilog is trimming its work force due to the slowing of PC chip sales

Zilog is planning on trimming their current work force due to the issue that they are now facing concerning the slowing of PC chips sales.

Near seven point three percent of the Zilog work force is going to be cut in order for them to cope with these slowing rates that the company is currently experiencing.

Apparently, the real giant behind the employee sacking would have to be the Texas Pacific Group. This group acquired Zilog, and not long afterward, the company had thirty three jobs in sales as well as in headquarters, eliminated.
