New Breed of flash MCUs

Specific markets such as high end motor control and domestic security applications are the targes of the ZiLOG Inc.'s ZNEO 16bit CPU core.

ZNEO features a 16bit solution and can provied up to 128 kilobytes of flash memory, much more processing power and migration option with higher code density. The ZNEO Z16F series is also supported by a suite of development tools including the ZNEO Series Modular Development System (MDS) and cost ranges from $6 to $8 at 500 unit quantities.
