The first 16-bit product of Zilog is now out, the ZNEO Z16f family of Flash microcontrollers. It is based on ZNEO 16-bit CPU core so it can deliver an optimized performance and efficiency and it could have a 24-bit external bus, external bus and 16-bit data.
